To correct or not to correct? Eli… too honest and more.

Well, nothing much to report, I suppose. That is a good thing… right?

We are plugging along with our school year. I didn't order any curriculum for next year yet because 1. in April they come out with the latest and greatest and 2. I am not sure what I want yet, several things I am considering.

Eli is doing well, he had to much punch at a BBQ yesterday but other than that he is great, well, he was even great then!  He is sitting next to me now, munching on crackers. He has been a booger though Frown I was reading him a story today and he told me, "I don't like that song! Stop singing it!" LOL.  He is so open with his words, Abram says he gets it from  me but I don't know how to help him. He just says it like it is and doesn't put any frosting on top, so it is hard to get on to him for telling the truth. He doesn't grasp rude or just say something nice even if you don't agree, LOL

Abram has his VR surgery scheduled. Wew hew! It is April 20th so far. I will keep you all posted on that. It seems like a long time away for both of us :( But, what can ya do, you know??? I'm sure it will be here before we know it since Andrew and Sabin's birthdays are coming up and will hopefully keep us busy :)

Disney On Ice

My sis wanted the boys to go to Disney on Ice, hers and mine. All the big boys didn't want to go BUT they ended up loving it! LOL. I have pics, I need to get them up but it was so funny about how they were too big for it and then when it started they were mesmerized! It was the Encredibles go to Disneyland so it was pretty cool. Much cooler than I thought it would be, too Smile  Oh, and when I say boys, I mean Abram, too Laughing

Freaky Night and ER trip for E and Ear Infection

Abram left last night to stay at my moms because he has to be to work at 4am for something they do every once in a while. Eli had complained his ear hurt a bit yesterday. So, at 8 last night after Abram leaves he starts screaming and shaking and won't stop, and he is grabbing his ear saying it hurts.

I call Abram and ask him where the walk in clinic is, while on the phone with him and Eli screaming, Sabin comes running in my room freaking out because someone is banging on the house from the backyard  So, I come running into the family room and it is dark out there I can't see anything, and then the french doors to the backyard start banging  So, Abram is freaking out, and I have Eli screaming, so I get dressed and get the kids ready while Eli is screaming and jump in my car, drive around to the front of the house, and while kids are in car, I come in, with Abram on the phone with me, and throw the dogs in the back, and take off to Visalia, an hour away.

After we get there, I ended up taking Eli to the ER with my Mom, after waiting for over an hour, we finally are seen and Eli has bad infections in his ears, really bad, and he has a viral upper respiratory infection. So, he is on Zithromax  and we just drove home. Not sure how much I will be on. They gave him some numbing stuff at the hospital in his ears, codeine, and a huge dose of advil…..

We are now home and all is well, phew! Poor guy. Freaky person in the backyard… the funny part is that Eli was so freaking out that we didn't even react hardly to the banging and knocking going on outside, really weird feeling…. glad it is over.

Fixing Hubby

Well, as most people who would read this blog would know, after Eli, because he was so sick after he was born and continued to not get well we felt having a reversal was the right choice for us. Eli is now healthy and we have sure started to regret that decision. It seemed right at the time. We both feel there is another baby for us and we have decided to get a reversal. We are very excited and his consult is on February 27th. So, hopefully soon, I will be able to use this blinkie in my sig Laughing
