Pray for Lily

there are a lot of homeschooling and reflux bloggers and family and friends  who visit this site and I am asking you guys for some prayers.

I have been waiting for permission to post this One of my dearest and oldest friends, we've been close since we were 11 years old, she got pregnant a few months difference from me. Her name is Jessica. She had her first baby girl after 2 boys on Dec 3rd. Her daughter, Lily, was born with Down Syndrome. She is right now in the hospital that E goes to after having open heart surgery It wasn't successful and she needs a valve replacement, she has a collapsed lung, and infection. My friend is staying at the Ronald McDonald house close to the childrens hospital and her other kids are here in town with their grandma.

Please please pray.

She gave permission for me to share this pic:

Madelynn is 2 months today!

Thought I would share some pics of my big girl on her 2 month birthday! She has sure been a blessing to our lives :)

Less than a year ago we could have never imagined this.

Praise God that he can fix what we have broken. He can do all things.

Easter at Eastman

We had a great Easter at Eastman this year! The boys had so much fun and made several new friends at the campground.

Eastman is great. They do Easter egg coloring, a kid show, and leave bunny tracks around the campground saturday night. We took several days off of school and we all enjoyed the break! Enjoy the pics everyone :)

Granny and Maddy in Grandma Pats Trailer:

This was me looking down a huge rock on our camp spot to spy and check on the boys. Our spot overlooked this huge rock and the playground down  below:

What woman can resist this?:

Well, that is just a few of the MANY pics I took! LOL

Basketball comes to an end!

Yay, that is 3 nighs a week we can stay home now (until soccer in a few weeks, haha)!!

They were so proud and played so hard! They improved every week and are really becoming good players! Congrats guys!!

Happy 9th Birthday, Anda!!!

Andrew is 9! Yikes! He is such a sweetie and had so much fun. We ended up having 4 days of partying for his birthday. I only have 2 pics though because the rest was on other people's cameras or on video. He got a new guitar set, lots of astronomy stuff, toys, and video games…  Happy Birthday!!

Camping at the beach AGAIN

Boy, I've probably titled a few of my entries "Camping at the Beach" over the years :) We took the new tent trailer to the beach and had so much fun! We needed to get away. Hubby had just got back from the UK and it was nice for all of us to just hang out and be together :) Madelynn is 6 weeks now (Yes, I took my 6 week old camping and she loved it!). The boys built a fort and climbed trees. Too cold to get in the water but the weather was just perfect!

We are getting closer and closer to the end of our homeschool year… We are considering some different options for next year. Not sure what we are going to do yet :)

Here are pics of our trip :)
